Briefly: what happened, what was said, who, where, when? (Data — keep it short.)

4 · Beneath the story invisible 80%

Feelings — pick everything that's true Triggers & tension points — what moments spike the emotion? Body sensations — where do you feel it physically? Core needs & inner desires — what do you actually want or need here? Beliefs & values in play — what rules or values of yours are colliding?

5 · Question of essence

If your Forum could help you sit with ONE question, what is it?

6 · What I want from my Forum

Remind them (and yourself): resonance, not advice. Anything specific to ask for?
